The school allows pupils to study up to level 10, the level of the secondary school leaving examination.
This year, all the pupils who sat the exam passed the SEE (secondary education examination).
This is a great source of pride and encouragement for everyone.

The Shree Basakhali school currently has 210 pupils (106 girls and 104 boys) and 17 teachers.
The teachers would like to see the school evolve to level 12 (preparatory years for higher education), but for this to happen, a number of criteria must be met:
adequate infrastructure, but above all government approval, the availability of a sufficient number of teachers and a minimum number of pupils.
Managing the twelfth year, known as ‘Plus Two’, is a major challenge for the Basakhali school.
